All orders shipped within the U.K. to a single address are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday via the Royal Mail first class postal service. Delivery cost is £4.50 and for orders over £150.00 is free.

Orders to other countries?
We do not currently ship outside of the UK mainland.

Payment Method
The e-commerce website only accepts payment by Credit/Debit Cards. We do not have access or sight of any card details at any stage of the purchasing process. Every precaution has been taken by us and our associates to ensure your security. Our security system and that of our Financial Service Providers are regularly updated and monitored to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Delivery Charge Increases
We reserve the right to review our Delivery Charges to all destinations within the U.K, at any time in the future. Any increases we apply will be effective immediately but will not be applied to any pending or outstanding orders. Notification of any shipping charge increases will be posted on Social Media and our web site prior to implementation 7 days before becoming effective

Property Ownership
All goods remain the property of Rutland Skincare until full payment has been received and funds cleared. Ownership is then transferred under English law to the named individual shown on our order form.

Distance Selling Regulations
Rutland Skincare conforms fully with UK regulations relating to Distance Selling whilst complying with the Data Protection Act.

Cancellation
You have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel any order and claim a full refund up to 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. In this instance a refund will only be given if it conforms to our policy detailed in Returns & Refunds.

Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event of a product(s) you have ordered being out of stock, we will advise you by email when it will be available to ship or offer you an alternative product to enable us to complete your order. You have the right to cancel your order for any product that is out of stock. Should you cancel your order a full refund will be given.
